How the facts work here
- Every number in the facts and minimums has a link: WHO, expert consensus statements, meta-analyses, large cohorts and regulations. A minimum item without a source is marked «Practice», and the «How to start» steps are practical suggestions. The list of sources is at the bottom of each topic and on the «Sources» page.
- Every fact names its type of evidence. Observational studies show an association but do not prove cause — and we say so.
- No counting, no bans, no promises: only what you can add to your week.
- This is not a diagnosis or treatment. Questions about your own health are worth discussing with a doctor.
