What the site does not collect
- There is no sign-up and no account: no name, no email, no phone number.
- No analytics, visit counters, pixels or ads.
- The site sets no cookies.
- Check-up answers, lab values, sex and year of birth are never sent anywhere — not in full, not in part, not in the page address.
How it works
AbsoHealth is a set of ready-made pages. All calculations run in your browser. The site has no database, no API and no forms that send anything — there is simply nothing to receive data with.
The browser checks this as well. The server sends a security policy (CSP): a page may load files and send requests only to abso.health — the browser blocks such a request to any other address. Other sites are reached only through links, and only when you press one. Fonts and icons come from the site itself; your browser never contacts Google or other services.

What is stored on this device
Only what you save with your own press, in this browser’s localStorage: “Save on this device”, “Remember on this device”, “Keep progress on this device” in the game, “Not now” or “Got it” on the install offer. Without such a press, a result lives only while the page is open.

- Saved check-ups: date, answers and the scores on the four levels.

- The lab values you enter, with their date and the range from your report.
- absohealth.game.v1
- The game: Daily Myth progress (days played, scores, today’s answers) once “Keep progress on this device” is on, and saved Exhale sessions: date, rhythm, length, percentage and the mood marks before and after, if you give them.
- absohealth.prefs.v1
- Sex and year of birth if you give them, and a “don’t offer to install” mark.
The app cache (service worker) keeps copies of the site’s pages, styles, fonts and icons so AbsoHealth opens offline. None of your answers are in it.
The server
The server only hands out the site’s files. Visit logging is off: ordinary page requests are not recorded anywhere. When the server fails, its technical error log may keep the request address and IP address; it is kept for to fill in: retention of Absolute’s Caddy error log.
It refuses every request other than reading files.
Links to other sites
Pages link to Absolute projects — abso.live and others. Following a link takes you to another site with its own rules.
Your browser tells such a site only the address abso.health, without the page path. Links to AbsoLive carry only the kind or level of an activity (for example “swimming” or “body”), never answers or scores. In a link from check-up results the level is suggested by your answers, but the answers and scores themselves never go into the address.
How to erase
On the “My data” page you can delete records one by one or press “Erase everything on this device”.
Another way is to clear the site data of abso.health in your browser settings. This removes the app cache as well.
How to take it with you
On the same page, “Download a copy” gives you a file with everything saved. “Load a copy” opens it on another device.
A password-protected copy is encrypted (AES-GCM 256, a key derived from the password by PBKDF2-SHA256, 600,000 iterations). Without the password the file cannot be opened, and the password cannot be recovered.
How to check
Open your browser’s developer tools (F12, the Network tab) and take the check-up. You will see no requests with your answers — only the site’s own files loading.
That’s all
There is no other processing of data. If anything here changes, this page changes before the site does.
